ICON – our annual customer conference gathering more than 2,000 global attendees together – is coming to Denver in 2020. First things first – save the date –ICON 2020 will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in the Mile High City, May 4-7, 2020. ICON will bring together thousands of attendees, along with 250 sessions, 100 customer-led sessions and 10 content tracks under our theme of ‘Supply Chains Save the World’

You’ll find reusable water bottles and water stations throughout the conference. These are just a few of the ways we’re focusing on sustainability in 2020. You should come to see the rest.
- Well-being: We’re planning special activities from outdoor excursions, to offering personal spaces such as a non-denominational prayer room, space for nursing mothers and more. Details on all our wellness initiatives will be posted in the session schedule and the mobile app as we get closer to the event.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Is your company dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace? So are we! That’s why we’re excited to bring sessions focused on this important topic to ICON 2020.
