We’re thrilled to kick off ICON 2022 — supply chain’s big reunion — as 1,500+ virtual and in-person attendees gather May 23–25 at the biggest and best supply chain event in the industry. Whether attending in Orlando, Florida, or from the comfort of home, eventgoers will hear about the latest innovations from Blue Yonder’s experts, customers and partners during compelling keynotes, interactive track sessions and community-building Special Interest Group meetings.
We’ll be recapping ICON each day here on the Supply Chain Nation blog, so check back often for all the updates, and follow along with the fun on social media using #BYICON2022.
So, what’s first on the docket at ICON? Special Interest Group meetings! Blue Yonder has created more than 35 Special Interest Groups (SIGs, pronounced “sigs”) that regularly bring Blue Yonder users together to network, share best practices and benefit from lessons learned. SIG members can maximize their company’s investment in Blue Yonder solutions, collaborate with other supply chain professionals, contribute feedback directly to the product team, and gain first-look insight into Blue Yonder product enhancement plans.
Blue Yonder’s Wayland Fox, Senior Marketing Director, recently sat down with Rachael Kennedy, Senior Process Manager, at L.L.Bean to discuss her role on Blue Yonder’s Special Interest Groups, what she enjoys most about being part of a SIG, and why customers should attend a SIG meeting at ICON 2022. Rachael shared that she has been to nearly every ICON (formerly called JDA Focus) since 2012. Read more about their conversation here.
What are we most excited about for ICON 2022?
It’s been two years since we’ve held ICON in-person. In fact, last time we did we were JDA Software. Check out a walk down memory lane on our last in-person event in 2019 on Instagram. We are excited for our first ICON as Blue Yonder in-person!
We are excited to hear from our Interim CEO Mark Morgan and Chief Development Officer Desikan Madhavanur who will share what’s ahead and how we support our customers as they rethink, reimagine, and reinvent their supply chains.
We will also hear keynotes from CVS, Martin-Brower of Canada, Meijer, Micron Technology, Microsoft, and Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. as they share their stories of how they are using our solutions to turn disruptions into opportunity.
