Corporate integrity, ethics and governance are key tenets of a strong, trusted relationship with our customers and partners. Today, JDA took that commitment a step further by joining Ethisphere’s Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) – a diverse group of 290+ globally recognized companies collaborating and prioritizing ethical leadership and corporate integrity.
A trusted customer relationship is of utmost importance to us and with that comes the need for ironclad compliance, governance and ethical processes for working with our 3,300 customers, suppliers and partners. We’re proud to become an enterprise member of BELA leveraging their resources, tools and expertise to enhance ethical decision-making and processes throughout our company globally.
As a BELA member, we join companies around the world, representing 30 industries headquartered in 15 different countries. The BELA community has become a pivotal platform of connected leadership dedicated to progressing company standards and practices across global and regional business ecosystems. BELA is driven by a global desire to advance integrity and improve business performance and is far-reaching with locations in South Asia, Mexico, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific as well as the U.S. and Europe.
BELA’s accelerated growth over the last year sends a strong message to the business community that there is a deep need for data, shared insights and collective intelligence that can support a diverse set of leaders charged with implementing effective integrity programs. BELA aligns so well with these pursuits that it often becomes part of each member company’s culture, just as it will for JDA.
We look forward to improving our Compliance and Ethics program by measuring performance and leveraging peer expertise within the BELA Community
