Partner programs are not a new concept. Most of the large technology companies rely on a structured partner ecosystem to help expand revenue and market share in the designated industries they serve. Launching a new and improved partner program can be a daunting task and can often upset the apple cart. The question ultimately becomes “why change and why now”?  The answer often is because partners ask for change that can lead to increased pipeline, recognition and improvement in how they do business with clients and vendors.

JDA recently launched the new JDA Partner Advantage Program designed to offer clear rules of engagement, defined benefits and requirements, and streamlined operational processes; taking into consideration feedback from the partner community which consists of over 150 companies as well as from the Partner Alliance Council.  The end objective? Make our partners more successful.
